You can join from around 12 weeks of pregnancy, once you've had your first scan and feel ready. That said, it's never too late to start. Whether you're in your second trimester or just a few weeks away from meeting your baby, the practices can be adapted to support you wherever you are in your journey.

No yoga experience is needed. My classes are designed specifically for pregnancy and are suitable for complete beginners. The focus isn't on flexibility or perfect poses. It's about helping you feel strong, comfortable and connected to your body, your breath and your baby in a supportive, non judgemental environment.

Yes. You're welcome to join at any point from your second trimester onwards. Every class is adaptable, so whether you're 14 weeks or 38 weeks, you'll be guided to move in a way that feels safe and supportive for your body.

Absolutely. One to one sessions are tailored entirely to you and your birth preferences, whether you're planning a home birth, birth centre, hospital birth or caesarean birth. Together we'll explore movement, breathwork, birth positions and practical tools that support your unique journey, helping you feel informed, confident and prepared.

Yes. Private sessions are available both in person at your home (if you are local to Brighton) and online, so you can receive personalised support wherever you are.
